Dazor and Binary Works sign supply agreement

Dazor and Binary Works sign a supply agreement for mouse-controlled LED ring light

St. Louis, Missouri -- June 2, 2005 -- Dazor Manufacturing Corp., a leading manufacturer of quality task lighting and magnification products, and Binary Works, Inc., a full service supplier of design, development and manufacturing services in the industrial, scientific and medical fields, signed a multi-year supply agreement for Binary Works' new mouse-controlled LED ring light for microscopes and cameras.  The new ring light gives unprecedented visibility of subtle and hidden defects, for use in industrial, scientific and medical manufacturing QC applications. Under terms of the agreement, Dazor will market the ring light through their network of reps and distributors, and on their web site.  Designated the "Hi-Lighter", the ring light will be sold as a lighting enhancement to their SpeckFinder line of video microscopes, and for other industrial and medical lighting applications.

Mouse operation gives this new ring light a versatile, user-friendly interface that is unmatched by any other ring light. The intuitive mouse interface controls all aspects of the light source, including intensity, direction, and directionality (from 360 degree omni-directional beam to a highly directional 9 degree beam). An ordinary PS-2 wheeled mouse plugs directly into the ring light.  It even works with wireless mice.  USB mice can also be used (with adapter).  Convenient hands-free modes provide automatic light rotation.
